Jeanette Bellinder serves as the elected city clerk for the City of Fairfield. She was elected in 2011. 

Jeanette was born and raised in Oregon, and has resided in Fairfield with her family since 1997. She served four years in the United States Air Force at Travis Air Force Base. She was subsequently employed by the City of Fairfield for over eight years, where she served as a management analyst, coordinator of the City's Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD) Taskforce, co-coordinator of the City's Emergency Operations Center and as Deputy City Clerk, among other responsibilities. Currently, Jeanette is a homemaker and a volunteer, dedicating her time as a parent representative on the ATOD Taskforce, homeschooling her children, and leading the multimedia ministry for her church.
