Resolution 2010-87 preliminarily approving the Engineer’s Report for the City of Fairfield Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 19 (Corporate Commons); for Fiscal Year 2010-2011; and

Resolution 2010-88 of the City Council of the City of Fairfield declaring its intention to form Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 19 (Corporate Commons); and to levy and collect annual assessments within such district commencing Fiscal Year 2010-2011; and to conduct property owner balloting on the matter of the proposed assessments connected therewith; and to appoint a time and place for the public hearing on these matters.

Item 15. Resolution 2010-91 providing direction to staff regarding preparation of the Fairfield Train Station Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Canon Station, LLC and Andrews Lando Associates.

Resolution 2010-93 approving the Engineer’s Report and Assessment Diagram contained therein regarding the annexation of territory designated as Annexation No. 3 to the City of Fairfield Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 10 (Southbrook); and the levy and collection of annual assessments related thereto commencing with Fiscal Year 2010-2011; and

Resolution 2010-94 ordering the annexation of territory to the City of Fairfield Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 10 (Southbrook), designated as Annexation No. 3; and the levy and collection of annual assessments related thereto commencing with Fiscal Year 2010-2011.
