Fee Information

Plans check fees are payable upon submission of plans. At the time of building permit issuance, the remainder of the building permit fees are due. You will be contacted when your permits are ready and given a fee breakdown at that time. You have six months after notification that your permits are ready to pay your fees and pick up your permits.

Please note the City of Fairfield accepts cash, check or Mastercard/Visa (maximum credit charge is $2000).
