Fire Safety Inspections

Building & Fire Safety Division performs fire safety plan checks and field inspections for the following services:

• Annual inspections including (residential day cares, industrial occupied buildings)
• Automatic fire sprinkler systems for both commercial and residential buildings
• A/S monitoring systems
• Compressed gas
• D.S.A. required signoffs for FSUSD per 2007 CFC Appendix B & C
• Fire alarm and detection systems and related equipment
• Fire hydrants and hydrant flow testing

• High pile storage
•  LPG tanks
• Special systems (smoke evacuation, hood, clean agent)
