Lap swim, water aerobics and water walking are available daily 8:30 AM until 12 noon and Monday through Thursday 5:30 until 8 PM with the exception of pool closures or special events. While the class is designed for ages 16 and over, participants under 16 years can participate in the fitness classes when accompanied by a parent and/or guardian and abide by the lap swim etiquette. The costs of the classes are $6 per visit for drop-in, $50 for a 10-visit punch pass, or a $40 per month unlimited fitness pass.
Toddler Fitness for ages 6 months to 5 years is available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 12:00 noon when school is in session. One parent is required to be in the water with the child at all times. Participants who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. The cost is $6 per parent/child for a drop-in visit and $50 for a 10-visit punch pass.
Deep Water Running
No impact, aqua-aerobic class conducted in the deep water where you can work out at your own pace. The aerobic portion varies from 35-45 minutes and uses a buoyancy belt or pool noodle that allows participants to vertical train and to fully utilize the water's property of natural resistance to tone.
Ages: 16 + M-W-F 10:30 - 11:15 AM and 7 PM - 7:45 PM; Sat-Sun 9:30 - 10:15 AM
$6.00 per drop in visit, $40.00 per month or $50.00 for ten visit punch pass.
Shallow Aqua (ROM) Range of Motion
Uses slow paced, range of motion exercises without a cardio element for those participants who have arthritis, fiber myalgia and other skeletal-muscular disorders. Class is designed to maintain and promote joint flexibility and enhance well-being. Participants do not need to know how to swim. Hydraulic lift is available, as well as walk in steps.
Ages: 16 + M-W-F 11:15 AM - 12 noon.
$6.00 per drop in visit, $40.00 per month or $50 for ten visit punch pass.
