Senior Fitness Class
A fun and energetic class that will challenge you mentally and physically. The class consists of dancing to latin-inspired music, R&B, Country, and a little Rock and Roll. There is also stretching and toning, resistance training, and yoga. Best of all, you will have fun in a supportive and caring environment. Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
