    b) Redevelopment Agency Resolution RA2011-13 approving the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding providing for the conveyance of 1100 Texas Street (APN: 0030-174-080) by the Fairfield Redevelopment Agency to the City of Fairfield; and

    c) Resolution 2011-48 approving the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding providing for the conveyance of 1035 Texas Street and adjoining parking lot (APNs: 0030-235-010, 020, 030, 090, 110, 120, 130 and 140) to the City of Fairfield; and

Resolution 2011-53 approving the 2011 Budget Reduction Plan, directing the City Manager to implement the Budget Reduction Plan and directing the City Manager to negotiate additional savings in negotiations on successor Memoranda of Understanding and Resolutions with the City’s employee groups (David White, 428-7398).

    Recommended Action: Adopt resolution.
