    Resolution 2012-108 of the City Council of the City of Fairfield acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 2004 (Fairfield Open Space) of the City of Fairfield calling a special election to submit to the qualified electors within proposed Annexation No. 8 – Gold Ridge Unit No. 9; and

    Funding Source: No City funds are used. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (CDBG) grant funds received were $1,039,703.
