Presentation of a check for $31,000 to Fairfield Police Chief Walt Tibbet by Colonel Timothy Tenne, Steve Huddleston and Will Antipuesto for the 2012 Run for Good 5K benefitting the Police Activities League Matt Garcia Youth Center (Walt Tibbet, 428-7366). 2. Presentation of a Proclamation to the Public Works Department proclaiming May 20 – 26, 2012 as “National Public Works Week” in the City of Fairfield (George Hicks, 428-7493). Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. 5. Resolution 2012-81 amending taxicab rates as authorized by Section 19.2 of the Fairfield City Code (Randy Fenn, 428-7606). Funding Source: None. Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. 6. Resolution 2012-82 authorizing a contract adjustment with Ghilotti Construction for the Auto Mall Parkway Reconstruction and Widening Project (Steven L. Hartwig, 428-7494). Funding Source: $266,000; Water and Street Capital Funds (AB1600 fees). Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. 7. Resolution 2012-83 authorizing the Public Works Director or his designee(s) to execute the Proposition 1B Public Transportation Modernization Improvement and Service Enhancement Account (PTMISEA) Certifications and Assurances, as well as any other actions required for obtaining financial assistance through the PTMISEA Program (Steven L.
