Water and Sewer Bill Payment and Service Signup Information

Sign Up For New Water And Sewer Services:
Visit the cashier window in City Hall lobby during business hours - Monday-Friday*, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. A valid California driver's license or picture ID is required for utility service sign-up. Proof of property ownership or a copy of your rental/lease agreement is also required.

Online Payments:
The City of Fairfield is pleased to offer online payment and account information services.

You can have access to utility information online by registering your account. Registered customers can get account information, such as bill history, water usage history and meter reading history as well as access to online payment. To get started you will need a copy of your bill.

Cash Only Payments:
All Fairfield 7-Eleven Stores
Take bills with printed barcode to 7-Eleven stores in Fairfield to make a CASH PAYMENT. Please Note: You must have the physical bill - a convenience fee will be added to the bill by 7-Eleven.

Check Payments:
Checks may be mailed to the City of Fairfield, 1000 Webster Street, Fairfield, CA 94533 or deposited in the Fairfield Municipal Utility payment drop box. The blue drop box marked for water payments (not the US Postal Mailbox) is located along the curb in the center of the Webster Street parking lot in front of the Police building.
