Request a Pre-Inspection
It is highly recommended that you request a pre-inspection of your home before submitting for your final clearance through Community Care Licensing. Many times major issues can arise that will delay or prevent timely approval. A pre-inspection can catch these problems early on in the process, helping to bring your property into compliance as quickly as possible.
To request a pre-inspection, complete the form below then click on the submit button. For additional information on licensed care requirements, please call 707.428.7341.
*Please note: Final fire inspections can be scheduled only upon receipt of the STD 850 (Fire Safety Inspection Request) from your Community Care Licensing evaluator.
