| How do I pay my water bill?
You can make your payment at City Hall, 1000 Webster Street, at the Finance counter in the first floor lobby. The counter is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
You can also pay your water bill at City Hall at the Mall during regular Mall hours. City Hall at the Mall is closed Sundays.
Payments may also be paid by phone at 866.207.6045 or online at https://ipn.paymentus.com/otp/stde/fair.

How do I report a streetlight outage?
Please contact the Corporation Yard at 707.428.7407.
Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. After hours, please leave a message on the voicemail. If you feel this is an emergency, please contact the Fairfield Police Department at 707.428.7300 or fill out outage report form.
