• Allan Witt Sport Center - Roofing and Solar Array Project - Construction Underway
• Cordelia Community Park
  • Phase 1 - Construction Underway
  • Phase 2  - Currently in design - Construction expected to begin Fall 2011
• Dunnell Neighborhood Center - Currently in design phase -  Begin construction Spring 2011
• Lee Bell Park - Irrigation replacement project - Spring/Fall 2010
• Tabor Neighborhood Park Renovation Project  - Closed Fall 2010 - Summer 2011
