This division oversees transportation planning and administers Fairfield and Suisun Transit (FAST) local fixed-route bus service, SolanoExpress regional fixed-routes 20, 30, 40 and 90, DART paratransit service and various other senior transportation services.

Bus Passes: See locations for purchasing bus passes, or order passes by mail by following 3 easy steps:

1. Fill out the order form (page 2) on your computer
2. Print the order form
3. Enclose the order form and your check or money order (payable to City of Fairfield) in an envelope, and mail it to:
