City seeks operator for Ohio Street Transitional Shelter

The Homeless Services Division in collaboration with the Housing Services Department has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite qualified and experienced organizations to submit a written proposal to become the Operator at the Ohio Street Transitional Shelter. Funding for this project will be in the form of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $150,000 and can be used for operational, personnel, and supportive services for one program year. The selected qualified and experienced organization will be required to contribute a 25% match in monetary or in-kind value from other public or private sources.

Proposal forms and requirements are available on the City’s website at www.fairfield.ca.gov/thewayhome. Proposals must be submitted in electronic PDF format via email to Qol@fairfield.ca.gov up to, but not later than Monday, April 19, 2021 at 5:00 PM PT.
