New 9/80 Work Week Schedule Begins August 29, 2025

City Hall is open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

(excluding designated closed Fridays)

Starting Friday, August 29, 2025, City Hall will shift to a new 9/80 work schedule, changing which Fridays City Hall will be open to the public. Under this new schedule, City Hall will now be closed every other Friday—rather than on the first and third Fridays of each month, as in the previous schedule. This change brings our office hours in line with the standard 9/80 format and will help ensure more consistent availability moving forward.

What This Means for You

If you have appointments, meetings, or plan to visit City Hall:

  • Double-check your scheduled appointments to ensure they do not fall on a Friday when City Hall will be closed.
  • The first closure under the new schedule will be Friday, August 29.
  • Future closed Fridays will follow an every-other-Friday pattern

Please note: City Hall Friday closures in November and December will remain the same as previously scheduled.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we implement this updated schedule.
