Fairfield’s Pre-Approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program is designed to save homeowners time and money when deciding to build a detached ADU on their property.  Utilizing an approved ADU plan will save over 60 percent in plan review fees and reduce review times by up to 75 percent.
