Agreement terms: The agreement is based on annual sales and use tax revenue generated by MRO Integrated Solutions, LLC. The sales tax sharing percentage is 50% for the first 18 months, after the first18 months, the sales tax sharing percentage is 50% on sales and use tax generated above $750,000.
