A brighter, more vibrant North Texas Street District.
The North Texas Street Revitalization Program supports upgrades that improve visibility, appearance, and economic vitality for commercial properties and businesses in the City of Fairfield’s North Texas Street District.
These improvements help businesses stand out from the street, make the property feel safer and more inviting after dark, and create a better first impression for customers deciding where to stop. Stronger signage, lighting, and curb appeal also support higher foot traffic, repeat visits, and a healthier business mix across the corridor.

The grants and reimbursement amounts will be structured in one of four ways:
| Who is applying | Reimbursement | Max Grant |
