Cash Only Payments

At Fairfield 7-Eleven Stores, CVS, or City Hall Payment Kiosk (JACK)

Take bills with a printed barcode to 7-Eleven stores and CVS in Fairfield or to the payment kiosk located outside City Hall, open 24/7, to make a cash payment. Please Note: You must have the physical bill - a convenience fee will be added to the bill by 7-Eleven or CVS. No convenience fee is added when you make the payment at the City Hall kiosk.

Check Payments

If you are mailing your payment, please send it in the envelope provided to: City of Fairfield, 1000 Webster Street, Fairfield, CA 94533, deposit in the Fairfield Municipal Utility payment dropbox*, or deposit at the payment kiosk located outside City Hall (JACK).

Paying with a check at JACK

*The blue drop box marked for water payments (not the US Postal Mailbox) is located along the curb in the center of the Webster Street parking lot in front of the Police building. All payments made at the drop boxes prior to 7 a.m. will be posted that same business day. The payment is posted immediately to your account when you use the payment kiosk at City Hall. Please do not make cash payments using dropbox.

Returned Payment Fee

If your check or automatic payment is returned to us for any reason, a $25 fee will be added to your account. A returned payment must be replaced by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card.
