Homeless Outreach Partnership Event (H.O.P.E) - Fall 2026 Date Coming Soon!

The Fairfield H.O.P.E. is a free one-stop shop event providing services and support for individuals and families who are experiencing/and or at risk of homelessness.

Attendees can connect with a diverse selection of community programs and organizations offering housing, health and behavioral health services, veteran services, and other supportive services.

Homeless Roundtable Event - November 4, 2026

The Homeless Services Division, in partnership with the Fairfield Police Homeless Intervention Team (HIT) and Kaiser Permanente, is hosting the next Homeless Roundtable event. We are extending an invitation to all service providers assisting unhoused residents in our community. If your agency is interested in participating, please contact us at hsd@fairfield.ca.gov.  

When: Wednesday, November 4, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
