Director of Information Technology 

Naveed Ashraf was appointed as the Information Technology Director for the City of Fairfield in August 2025. With over two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, Naveed brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Before joining Fairfield, Naveed introduced innovative technologies to Benicia and Vallejo, significantly enhancing their technological infrastructure. Passionate about technology, Naveed is dedicated to making it accessible to all and ensuring the community benefits from the latest advancements.
