Transit System Map

FAST Connect is a shared, on-demand microtransit service that riders book through the Ride Pingo mobile app. It operates inside specific service areas called zones and provides trips from those zones to certain designated venues.

Cordelia/Green Valley Zone — Residential neighborhoods, commercial areas, and localdestinations in the southern portion of Fairfield.                

Northeast Fairfield Zone — Includes:   

• Fairfield‑Vacaville Hannigan Train Station
• David Grant Medical Center (TAFB)*
• Travis AFB Commissary/BX*
• Travis AFB Call Center*

(*Access to base locations requires a valid military ID) 

 "FAST Connect" operates weekdays from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no service on Sundays. Riders must use the "Ride Pingo" smartphone app to book same‑day on‑demand trips, which are designed to reduce estimated pickup wait times to about 20 minutes.
