The following common fees will apply to your request. Fee schedule in effect as of July 1st, 2026

You must be an involved party in the report, or the legal representative of an involved party (authorization is required and must be attached to your request).

You can mail your request along with a check or money order made payable to the "City of Fairfield" to:
