2026 Standard Specifications and Details

On June 3, 2014, The City Council adopted Resolution 2014-93 authorizing the Director of Public Works to adopt amendments to the City of Fairfield Standard Specifications and Details (Standards). Beginning August 1, 2026, these updated Standards will replace the previous version, dated 2021.

Any future changes will be documented with a detailed list showing the variations. Below are links to view each section of the updated Standards.

To order a hard copy of the City of Fairfield Standard Specification and Details (2026) you may either pick up a copy at the Engineering Department or mail a check payable to the City of Fairfield for $30.
