LLMD No. 14 - Woodlake was formed in 2001 to provide landscaping and lighting maintenance services to the Paradise Crest and Paradise Glen communities north of Manuel Campos Parkway, the Woodlake community west of Clay Bank Road, and the Villages at Fairfield community east of Clay Bank Road.
