LLMD No. 16 - Creekside at Cordelia was formed in 2003 to provide landscaping and lighting maintenance services to the Creekside at Cordelia and The Enclave at Red Top communities east of Interstate 80 and west of Interstate 680.
*Note: Services in the Creekside at Cordelia district are currently provided on a month-to-month basis pending the issuance of a new contract anticipated in Fall 2026.
