LLMD No. 2023-1 (Gateway) was formed in 2023 to provide landscaping and lighting maintenance services to the mall and surrounding shopping center areas. 

This district replaced LLMD No. 1 - Gateway to secure adequate funding for the increased costs of services in the district.
