The sealing treatment is complete. The next phase of the project will include striping and concrete work around manholes, once clean up from the sealing treatment has been finished. There will be temporary partial lane closures throughout the duration of construction.
2019 Pavement Maintenance Project
Description: Annual street maintenance consisting of replacing existing non compliant ADA ramps as necessary, realigning crosswalks, and improving approximately 262,000 square feet of pavement.
Status: Complete
Estimated Construction Schedule: July 2019 through October 2019
Major construction work on Capitola Way and Air Base Parkway at Heath Drive is completed. Minor concrete work still needs to be finished.
2018 Pavement Maintenance Project Phase 2
Description: Annual street maintenance consisting of replacing existing and/or installing new ADA ramps as necessary, realigning crosswalks, traffic signal system adjustments, adding bike lanes, and rehabilitation of approximately 2 million square feet of pavement.
