Accessibility is Key

The City of Fairfield is completing an American with Disabilities Act (ADA)  transition plan and self-evaluation to ensure people with disabilities are able to access City facilities, parks, programs, services, activities, and events.

The City is seeking input from individuals with disabilities, organizations and agencies that serve people with disabilities, and from the community at large about accessibility in Fairfield. Your feedback will assist in addressing and prioritizing current and future accessibility needs.

There are two separate surveys - a Public Input Survey and Organizational Input Survey. Click HERE for surveys in English, Spanish, and Tagalog.

Return surveys via email to or by mail to: Ryan Panganiban, Public Works Engineeering, City of Fairfield, 1000 Webster Street, Fairfield, CA  94533. Request a hard copy survey mailed to you by calling (707) 428-7485. Surveys are due December 4, 2020.
